Purpose of the site
To present Casilla, a bookkeeping and tax-figures service for self-employed workers in Spain, and to give access to its private beta. The terms of service are in Terms; the handling of personal data, in Privacy.
Intellectual property
The design, texts and code of the site and of the application belong to the owner or are used under licence. The example figures on the site are synthetic data computed by the real engine, not anyone's data.
Liability for content
The content of the site is informative. Every tax figure the application shows comes with the rule it rests on, so it can be checked; nothing published here replaces professional advice on a specific case.
Governing law
Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts of Valencia, unless a mandatory rule sets a different forum.
