Private beta terms

These terms govern the use of Casilla, the service provided by Indieline, S.L. at app.holacasilla.com, during its private beta. By signing in for the first time you accept them; if you disagree with something, do not sign in and write to us.
What Casilla is
A ledger for self-employed professionals with an engine that prepares the figures for modelos 130, 303 and 349 from what you record, and that shows where each one comes from: the document, the rule and the article. It gets you to filing knowing what is being filed.
What it is not
- It does not file returns. Casilla does not access the Sede Electrónica and does not act as a social collaborator. You file, with your certificate or Cl@ve, with the figures you have reviewed.
- It is not tax advice. The figures come from rules checked against the regulation, but a specific case can have nuances the rule does not cover. If you have doubts, consult a professional.
- It does not decide for you. When the engine cannot determine something with certainty, it says so and asks you, rather than filling in a default value.
The beta
- It is free and by invitation. We may close invitations, and we may end the beta giving thirty days' notice.
- There is no availability commitment. We take daily backups and verify them, but there may be interruptions, especially during maintenance windows.
- There may be errors. If you see a figure that does not match what you expect, tell us: that is exactly what the beta exists to find.
Your account and your data
- You sign in with a Google account that is yours. Do not share access.
- What you record is yours. You can download it in full from the application and ask for its deletion whenever you want; what the law obliges us to keep is blocked until the period ends.
- You are responsible for lawfully holding the data of your clients and suppliers that you record. How we process it is set out in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement.
What is not allowed
- Trying to access books that are not yours, or parts of the service it does not show you.
- Overloading the service, reverse engineering the engine or extracting its rules in an automated way.
- Using the service for an unlawful activity.
Liability
We take care that every figure is correct and checkable, and we show you how to check it. The decision to file, and what is filed, is yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for penalties, surcharges or interest arising from a return you filed with figures you could have reviewed. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Changes
If we change these terms we will notify you at your account email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance; if not, you can close your account and take your data with you.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law applies. For any dispute, the courts of Valencia, unless the law grants you another forum as a consumer.
